‘Sleepy Hollow’ is looking for men to play Revolutionary War-era soldiers in Wilmington, NC





Fox’s TV series Sleepy Hollow is looking for extras for a big Revolutionary War scene shooting in Wilmington, NC during the first week of filming on the show’s second season.

The production is seeking Caucasian males 18-50 years old to appear as Revolutionary War-era soldiers in a battle scene filming on May 7.

Here are the details:


Applicants must be available April 28 or 29 for costume fittings, May 6 for battle rehearsal and May 7 for the day of filming. They must also be willing and available to work 12-plus-hour days for filming and rehearsal.

To be considered, those interested must be able to fit in jacket sizes 38-44, have no facial piercing or recognizable tattoos on the neck, face or hands, and be willing to be cleanly shaven with no long sideburns.

Revolutionary War reenactors are encouraged to apply.

Compensation is $64/8 for rehearsal and filming, and time and a half after eight hours.
