Disney's Cinderella Official Teaser Trailer

We first told you about Disney's Cinderella, back in 2013 when we showed you the first images from the set. You can refresh your memories by checking out the story once again here .

The movie out in March of 2015 has this FANdomaniac all buzzing about and wanting more. They released the one sheet.

A live-action feature inspired by the classic fairy tale. In theaters March 2015.

And the next step was see the teaser. They finally heard the cries from us wanting to see anything from the Disney princess, but it was not what I expected. 

The teaser left me wanting more!!! Can it be March already? ;)
For those that are living under a rock or don't know the story of Cinderella: 

The story of Cinderella follows the fortunes of young Ella (Lily James) whose merchant father remarries following the death of her mother. Eager to support her loving father, Ella welcomes her new stepmother (Cate Blanchett) and her daughters Anastasia (Holliday Grainger) and Drisella (Sophie McShera) into the family home. But, when Ella's father unexpectedly passes away, she finds herself at the mercy of a jealous and cruel new family. Finally relegated to nothing more than a servant girl covered in ashes, and spitefully renamed Cinderella, Ella could easily begin to lose hope. Yet, despite the cruelty inflicted upon her, Ella is determined to honor her mother's dying words and to "have courage and be kind." She will not give in to despair nor despise those who mistreat her. And then there is the dashing stranger she meets in the woods. Unaware that he is really a prince, not merely an apprentice at the Palace, Ella finally feels she has met a kindred soul. It appears her fortunes may be about to change when the Palace sends out an open invitation for all maidens to attend a ball, raising Ella's hopes of once again encountering the charming Kit (Richard Madden). Alas, her stepmother forbids her to attend and callously rips apart her dress. But, as in all good fairy tales, help is at hand, and a kindly beggar woman (Helena Bonham-Carter) steps forward and -- armed with a pumpkin and a few mice -- changes Cinderella's life forever.

7 People Who Loved Frozen So Much They Made the Costumes

It’s no secret that Disney’s Frozen is a hit: In the months since its initial November release, the princess flick has earned nearly $100 million worldwide — not to mention a whole lot of priceless goodwill in the hearts of its legions of fans. ANGELINA JOLIE Disney’s “Dream Trailer” For ‘Maleficent’ (Featuring Lana Del Rey)

Here’s a NEW trailer for Angelina Jolie’s new movie, ‘Maleficent.’ Disney is calling it the “dream trailer” because it features Lana Del Rey’s new version of the song ‘Once Upon a Dream.’ Talk about haunting! It will play during the end credits of ‘Maleficent.’ If you like what you hear, you can download Lana’s version of the song for FREE on Google Play through Monday, February 3.

Dreams Do Come True! Disney Confirms Broadway Plans for Hit Movie Frozen

File this under best news ever: Walt Disney CEO and Chairman Bob Iger knows the entire world has (rightfully!) fallen in love with the studio's Golden Globe-winning feature Frozen, so what does he want to do next? Take it to Broadway, of course! According to Fortune magazine, the hit animated film will follow in the huge footprints of The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin, and head on over to the Great White Way. Disney Theatrical Productions also confirmed that Frozen is in early development for the stage.

First Trailer: ‘Maleficent’

In theaters May 30, 2014

Disney has unveiled the first trailer for “Maleficent,” starring Angelina Jolie.

The film stars Jolie as Maleficent, the most iconic villain from the 1959 classic “Sleeping Beauty.” Sharlto Copley, Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville also star.

“Maleficent” is produced by Joe Roth, directed by Robert Stromberg, and written by Linda Woolverton. Jolie, Don Hahn, Matt Smith, Palak Patel and Sarah Bradshaw serve as executive producers.

‘Star Wars Episode 7′ Holds Open Casting Call in U.K.

Meetings begin Nov. 9 in Bristol

The Force is calling for bright, pretty young things in the U.K.

Under the disguise of a generic movie featuring young male and female leads, Disney put out a casting call in Blighty for what is being interpreted as the studio’s upcoming seventh “Star Wars” installment.

Cruella de Vil film in the works at Disney

Will the 101 Dalmatians villain finally manage to craft the coat she so desires?

101 Dalmatians was a box office smash in 1961, and again in 1996, and now it seems Disney wants to milk one of its best-loved franchises once more for a new live-action film focusing on the fur-loving Cruella de Vil.

As the movie heads into pre-production, it's unknown whether the villain – played by Glenn Close in the 1996 adaptation of Dodie Smith’s 1956 novel and its poorly reviewed 2002 sequel 102 Dalmatians – has finally managed to turn Pongo and Perdita's considerable brood into a luxurious winter garment.

Close has been hired as an executive producer on Cruella, which will be penned by Aline Brosh McKenna, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

McKenna previously adapted The Devil Wears Prada for the screen, and was hired by Disney for writing duties on Kenneth Branagh's upcoming live-action Cinderella.

Disney will be hoping that Cruella yields similar results to 1996's Dalmatians movie. That film was the sixth biggest movie in that year's worldwide box office rankings.

The film is the latest live-action adaptation of an animated classic from the Disney stable.

Following the success of 2010's Alice in Wonderland, which grossed more than one billion dollars, the studio has commissioned a new version of Cinderella, and a live-action update of Sleeping Beauty focusing on Angelina Jolie's Maleficent.

As Kenneth Branagh kicks off filming

If you were wondering what the status of Disney’s new live-action take on Cinderella was, wonder no more: it just started shooting! Kenneth Branagh and his crew began cranking the cameras at Pinewood, and the first image of Lily James as the titular character has been released. With Cate Blanchett, Richard Madden, Helena Bonham Carter, Holliday Grainger, Sophie McShera, Stellan Skarsgard, Derek Jacobi and Nonso Anozie among the cast, the new version promises a few changes to the traditional tale, while keeping to the basic structure. The script, written by Chris Weitz, follows the fortunes of young Ella whose merchant father remarries following the tragic death of her mother. Keen to support her loving father, Ella welcomes her new stepmother Lady Tremaine and her daughters Anastasia and Drisella into the family home. But when Ella's father suddenly and unexpectedly passes away, she finds herself at the mercy of a jealous and cruel new family. Finally relegated to nothing more than a servant girl covered in ashes, and spitefully renamed Cinderella, Ella could easily begin to lose hope. She combines knockout beauty with intelligence, wit, fun and physical grace. Her Prince is being played by Richard Madden, a young actor with incredible power and charisma. He is funny, smart and sexy and a great match for Cinderella.” Cinderella will go to the cinematic ball in 2015 – a March 13, release is set for the States, but there’s no confirmed date for the UK just yet.
