Talk about starting off 2014 with a “Bang”!
“Big Bang Theory” beauty Kaley Cuoco married tennis pro Ryan Sweeting on New Year’s Eve – and the actress posted a photo of the newlyweds kissing on her Instagram page.
“Yep :) #thesweetings,” read the caption with the photo, which showed Kaley in a strapless pink Vera Wang gown planting a kiss on her new husband.
“The gown was a petal pink strapless tulle ball gown with sweetheart neckline, hand gathering detailed bodice and hand appliqué Chantilly lace accents. The veil was a nude tulle veil with petal pink floating hand appliqué Chantilly lace,” according to a press release from the famed designer.
The couple tied the knot in front of friends and family in a ceremony at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, Calif. – about 40 minutes northwest of Los Angeles.
It wasn't a very lengthy engagement for Kaley and Ryan – he proposed in September after the couple had been dating for about three months.
“Flying high, I could literally touch the sky with you…” Kaley wrote to her 1.6 million Twitter followers after Ryan popped the question.
Kaley and Ryan made their first public appearance as a couple on the red carpet of the 2013 Emmy Awards in late September.
